What this site collects

The forms on this site ask for your name, email address, phone number and a message. Some forms — for example the home value request — also ask for a property address. The forms require the information shown as required so Jason can respond to the specific request; other fields are optional where indicated.

How it is used

Submissions are saved to a private database used only by this site and are emailed to Jason Tucker at jason@vrgrealty.com. The information is used to respond to and manage your real estate inquiry — answering your question, preparing information you asked for, and continuing the conversation you started.

Service providers

Your information may be processed by the service providers needed to operate this site: website hosting, the database that stores form submissions, and the email service that delivers the notification. They process it on our behalf for those purposes.

As with any website, hosting and security providers may log technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is needed to operate and secure the site.

What is not done with it

Personal information collected through this site is not sold for money and is not shared for third-party targeted advertising. There is no automated marketing sequence attached to these forms.

You can email jason@vrgrealty.com or call (509) 518-7101 to ask about the information you submitted, correct it, or ask that it not be used to contact you further. Requests are honored subject to legal and real estate transaction recordkeeping obligations that apply to VRG Realty and to licensed brokers in Washington.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
