Accessibility statement

Jason Tucker and VRG Realty want this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a finished project, and improvements are made as pages are updated.

What we aim for

• —Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure
• —Keyboard operation for links, buttons, the mobile menu and every form control
• —Visible focus states that are not removed
• —Explicit labels on form fields, with errors and confirmations announced in text
• —Alternative text on meaningful images, with decorative images hidden from assistive technology
• —Text that scales with browser and device settings, and readable color contrast

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference point. We do not claim perfect conformance — parts of the site may still fall short, and third-party content such as the property search hosted by VRG Realty is outside our control.
