About Southridge
Southridge sits on the plateau south of Highway 395 and is where most of Kennewick's newer housing has been built over the past two decades. Streets are wide, lots are relatively uniform, and the subdivisions arrived in waves — which means a home built in 2006 and one built in 2022 can sit blocks apart with very different finishes and floor plans.
The area is anchored by newer schools, the Southridge sports complex and medical and retail development along the highway corridor.
